I have a 1000 watt bulb and my plant has grown upto the light where she has got burned will she be okay? shes budding?

It's no big deal. plants recover nicely from burning, in fact, that bud which was burnt at the top may end up being the fattest cola in the group.

You may even get a tri-cola, I burned the main cola and another large side cola on a plant and each split into 3 parts, became real fat and vaguely resembles the horizon of a mountain range
