Burn or deficiency?

This grow is going horribly wrong... and I’m horrible at differentiating deficiencies/toxicity.

Both girls are green crack, started at the same time and watered/fed exactly the same. I do no-till in 15 gal pots and topdress every 3 weeks with the last topdress being kelp, ewc, and malted barley. Rainwater for irrigation. Temp/humidity/ph are all normal range. Lights are 360w of COBS and are fairly distant from the plants. What’s going on!!!

Rainwater. Have you added cal mag with every feed? Have you adjusted pH?

Doesn't that look like lockout?

I haven’t added any cal mag this run because my soil test showed an excess, however the plants were extremely healthy up until a week ago. I’m in the process of retesting the soil.
