burn or deficency

What are you growing them in? Feeding/watering? Looks like burn to me, maybe PH fluctuating a bit? Noticed the hole in one of the leaves in pic 2 aswell. Maybe you have some pests.
how much fluctation in PH is bad? unless my meter is off.. im PHing between 5.9 - 6.4. can that difference cause this/strees/burn?
im in coco, feeding about 670ppm this week
i think the whole is just die thru..
someone suggested this is potassium deficiency. it could be.. they are at the start of flower.
I do use a PH pen.. that could be off? but to not get potassium i gotta go down to below 5.5, no? or above 7.x

670 is low. Adjust to around 900. Watch it.
6.4 PH is way too high for coco. Try not to go above 6.

It really looks like a nute burn although your plant seem to be growing out of it.
Some plants require way less fertilizer than others. That is why you only have the issue on one plant. What strain is it?
Maybe you could try feeding that plant more lightly than your other plants and see if it gets better?
