Burn issues?

Hi guys I needs some help figuring out what’s wrong with my 3 autos. I feel like it could be burn from the light it’s a 250w hps however it’s already 20inch away and the temps are around 23c with humidity around 70% so I’m a bit stuck. Pictures attached

How often are you watering, how much are you watering? Those are in coco, right? What kind of nutrients are you giving them?
I’ve never really used coco, assuming it is, but I think the medium needs to be moist basically all the time, those look kinda dried out in areas

looks like over nutes to me, consider reducing your nutrients
