Hello fellow growers. I need help and will also keep an journal from beginning till end with my grow room. Building and everything

So you know im from sweden and my english is not my birthlanguage. But you will probably understand.
So i have now bought a storage room 36 m2 and its in an basement, all concrete building. Small kitchen a room with WC and place for hanging clothes. And a
small room in the corner. Mayby 3 meter long 1.5 meter wide. Mayby alittle bigger.
Im building my grow room in that space, and i have already got my seeds from barney`s, Vanilla kush fem 20 st. ( i know i could clone an such but i dont have the room.) so i bought as many i think i could fit. My hope is 15 should be fem.
I have bought
1 ventilation kit with ducting, carbonfilter, ductfan 250 m3 etc.
2 cooltubes
2, 400 w MH lamps.
2, 400 w HPS Son gro 55000 lumen.
2, digital ballast for lower wattage and warmth.
2 Floor fans
3 big fans for air out /in.
plus alot more cant remeber all.
My soil will be
Swedish eco soil
Perlite
wormcasting
Pre mix, Containing
Gypsum
dolomit lime
lime
Rock dust From wales scotland.
bat guano
And extra fertilizing will all be HESI cup winning fert.
All organic.
I will post pics that i have drawn myself until i get my cam setup and take some pics
from the location.
And please all help is welcome, either on setup or on soil.
And please i wont go hydro or change all setup just please come with input on my ideas.
If ive missed anything ask and i will try to answer.
