building a grow room

hi growers

here thinking about making a grow room. I am fresh in all this bussines, so will accept all suggestions. So, the room size will be 3x2 meters (10x6.5 feet),hights 2.2 meters (7.5 feet). Will be growing in canna soil. Electricity costs is not an issue. Guys, my questions is:
1. How many plants I could fit in to the room size?
2. What lighting would be best cfl or HID , what watage and how many of them?
3. What kind and how big should be ventilation system (it is definetely has to be to kill the smell)?
4. What size pots should I go for it?

Now, it is not only for my personal use, the quantity of crop it is matter. thinking of producing white widow.

I think 3 600's would work great in that space.. with like 12 good size plants.. 1 8" exhaust fan to cool lights and room and a 4" intake..but thats just one of any number of possibilities you can do.. you can grow a large number of smaller plants or fewer monsters.? and as far as your post size that is gonna depend on what size plant you choose to grow..
