Building a cab

So I'm trying to gather up everything I need to make a 3ft deep 3ft wide 4ft high cab, and now that I have fans,lights,filters, etc. I am faced with building the physical cab to put everything in. Originally I was thinking of using wood, but even if I used nails I'm thinking there may be light/smell leaks =/. So can anyone guide me in the right direction if I'm trying to do this with wood (keep it light and mostly air tight). The door, or place to access my plants is also causing trouble as I figure if I just made a door with hinges light would leak easily.
BTW I don't think I can use a tent because I NEED to use a window AC unit to cool even this small area as the only grow area I have is my attic, which in Florida can be 100+ easy.

Use rigid foam after you make a wood frame. Easy to cut vents. The front can be velcroed on. You can get it with mylar already on on.

So just make a wood frame as in a skeleton, or do you mean the cab and just put the rigid foam on the inside?

I think I need atleast 1 full wooden wall though so I can insert the window AC unless I hand it or something, but it would have to be too perfect, but I dont think I can find the exact foam your talking about. Could I trouble you for a link?

Maybe theyre talking about insulation foam. The kind that has a silver foil on it. Im not in N.America but on T.V they have something called 'Home Depot'. Maybe they have it.

would I be set? (still using wood on the outside of this for one wall so I can use my window ac)

The stuff I think they are refering to is rigid and about an inch or two thick.

I cannot find anything that is not a spray. but I think what I posted would work it even says it's insulated

This stuff. Go to the store and get the one with mylar. 1 or 1 1/2"

if you want additional ideas check out my grow log on page 4, i built a dry cab out of wood, brad nails, black plastic tarp, couple hinges and black duck tape. room is totally air sealed except for entry door which has a filter build into it as a passive intake.
