bugs, dont know what to do

alright so i have about 6 plants that r flowering and i have a bunch of little flying insects all over the soil and the stem. they have been there the whole time but now a few spots r starting to show up in some of my larger fan leaves. my question is this is there anything i can spray on the plants to get rid of these unwanted bugs and not hurt my girls. thanks any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Mosqito dunks work well for killing eggs in the soil. Sticky traps are good for catching adults....Diatomaceous earth will help keep them from returning.

Gotta interrupt the life cycle. They only live about 2 weeks but reproduce even faster.

All are safe for your girls.

alright so i just did some reading and i also have a nitrogen defecency so what is good to add to it i am using mg bloom booster i know its not the best but tight buget. if i can find a camera ill get pics
