bug problem tiny little crawler worm things?

so theirs these fly nats in my pot they like to sit and chill on the under side of the leaf also i seen little tiny crawler worm type creatures in the soil what are these should i try to kill them

well id kill them just in case lmao... all you need is an insecticide, buy it any were canadian tire, home hardware, walmart its about 10 - 14 bucks for a litre of the spray when u spray dont spray to thick just a nice little mist once in the morning and once at night b4 "lights out" or what i like to call it, dark time. ive never really heard of fly nats chillin on the underside of a leaf but if those "fly nats" are little black dots i would definetly be trying to get an insecticide A S A P because little black dots mean spider mits and spider mits mean plant funerals... soooo i will let you decide on this one
