What do you guys and gals do to prevent bugs?

Me personally I only spray my veg room like 4 times a year to be preventative. Also I put on clean clothes to go into the rooms every time, making sure I'm not taking anything from outside inside.

I spray every clone in the mother tent down a few days apart with Capt Jacks before they go into the main room. I've had Thrips in the mother tent, but they were clean by the time I moved them into the main room. Never had a problem in the main room. (Knocks on wood)

Stickies, intake filters, IPM.

Flower is usually spinosad, then alternate Grandevo, Venerate to finish if needed.
If there's nothing in the traps or no damage, increase the time between applications.

Veg is B.bassiana, permethrin, azirdiractin.
I'll use Spinosad, then IC3 essential oil or neem oil on if anything shows in the traps during veg, that keeps things from circling back, suffocates the eggs. Good contact killers for invading bugs.

For Powdery Mildew, using Phosphorous acid and Regalia for systemic resistance, and LalStop for induced resistance.

Number 1 - never go straight from outside into my grow room in the same clothes!

Number 2 - first learn number 1

Number 3 - have plenty of products on hand in case of emergency.

pest off
Neem repel
Smoke bombs
Spinosad
Sticky traps
H2o2
Citric acid

number 4 - in case of attack - correctly identify invader

number 5 - I give 2 neem applications during veg - one plant spray and one root drench.

Make sure intakes are screened and you try to limit and gaps in seals etc.
