Bug Identification plz

hey everyone what’s happening? Found some really small bugs in my outdoor plants. What are these things? I live in Alberta Canada. Maybe a aphid?

1&2 looks like aphids,a bit hard to see though.
3 looks like some kind of beetle.

Yes. The last couple we winged. Maybe flies. Thought it was an adult of whatever is sitting in the tip of the colas. First pic is the best one I can get so far

How do you guys handle the problem. Think I caught it early. Nothing under the leaves. All the little bastards are on the colas. Thinking about ordering ladybugs. Suggestions would be awesome

I just have something for aphids that I spray, haven't had them in years and years so I forget the name. Anything for aphids will do, they are easy to kill. I want to say Mont-something.

1: Looks like an aphid
2: Looks like a booger on your thumb
3 & 4 look like shore flies
