Well I've only had experience at one dispensary in IE and it was pretty positive minus the fact that it was in a not so positive neighborhood. Although the budtender was the stereotypical eye pleasing girl covered in tats she was actually quite knowledgeable in what was on the shelf. So they aren't all shit...but once I go get my california ID and renew my rec on friday I'm sure I'll find a few places where the budtenders are idiots here in the IE.

Because the last time I went behind the counter and tried to weigh out my own buds they got a bit upset.
No one is saying we need the tenders to tell us what to smoke. We're just ripping on them.
No matter the industry, if you are going to sell a product, know your product. Especially if you're going to recommend it. Now, if you're done being the voice of reason, we'd like to get back to ripping on the inbred budtenders.ETA: Of course they are not ALL bad, and I am not ripping on the good ones. But you have to admit, anyone in the cannabis industry who has half a brain in their head doesn't sit in a tender position for long. It's a crappy job, it's freaking retail for gods sake. And working retail sucks ass. The two best tenders I have encountered in my local area both went on to bigger and better things in the canna industry.
