I curious to see how things pan out here in florida,we've had some recent raids on personal property that has seemingly blownup in the face of the fed's . I believe a major shift is on the horizon. Any thoughts?

The worst part about it is the massive ego that comes along with it. You have a barely functional moron who's really just a cashier making $10 an hour thinking they are demigods because they hold the title of budtender.
Every time I walk into a dispensary I want to slap the budtenders and remind them that the growers are the real reason people walk through the doors and they are in no way special. It doesn't make you gifted to sell pot in a freaking store. That's the easiest thing in the world to do. I spend 3 months growing it, you just ask them if they want a receipt, you ain't shit.

Absolutely. I take it one step further though... if you're a budtender you're also even too stupid to be a good dealer. You're a lackey who can't be trusted to not get high on his own supply.

Let's not go that far... not everyone wants or has the ability to be a dealer. Some people just do it for work, ie a job is a job they have no desire to be a dealer this was just better than working at burger king. And then there are those people like me who are just antisocial and don't have a network of people to deal to and have absolutely zero desire to go out and meet new people for that purpose because of their basic personality type That's like saying if you sell to dispensaries you're too stupid to be a dealer who can sell for more than you make through dispensaries. Granted, most budtenders probably meet your description of being too stupid to be a dealer, but that doesn't mean you are for sure

I was harsh, but hey, I'm hatin' here.
I have friends who have been tenders at various places. They are good people, but it really seems like the majority of tenders in the IE don't really know much about the products they sell.

I may be moving to IE in the next few months and start selling to dispensaries once I get re-set up... how do you rate their general quality as far as product there? Still considering locations
