@Blue2336 If you like an energetic high then you'll want to harvest when the trichomes on the calyx (not the sugar leaves) are all milky. If you want more of a "couch lock" high then let the amber trichomes come in. I harvest at 10%-20% amber.
This is an outdated practice. There's no need to flush the plants unless you want to save money on nutrients. The bud will come out the same either way.
I really am sorry I get filled with anger at what I perceive as nonsense or misinformation. I forget that I still have a LOT to learn, and things change and methods do. Sorry for the disrespect. Embracing and adapting is better than being toxic.
I agree, and your apology is accepted. Most do have differences in opinion here, but it's no reason for a newcomer to try to push their ideas that they've heard about but have no experience with on other new users.
We don't needlessly bash people here either, but we do take offense when a new member comes in and starts insulting other members, whether old or new.
Hang around, keep a positive attitude and you'll pick up new things for certain.
Fair play apologising I was not expecting that. We all come here to learn and its good to help others if we can give each other good information. Happy growing guys be safe
