Buds shriveling up. Week 4

It's week 4 today and my buds look like there shriveling up. Is this normal or is it because I didn't water for a few days. Are they going to hermie or is this normal for mid flower.
I was sick and couldn't get out of bed they do look thirsty. Is the damage done and not coming back?

They are just thirsty. You have to try really hard to kill a cannabis plant contrary to belief. I had a torture tent where I would test the limits and I had them root bound no water for days looking like a dead tree and water it and 3 hours later you couldn't even tell they were being beat on. I only get hermies from feminized seeds.... #FFS

Short answer: They are fine. What are your temps in there?
