Buds growth question.

hi, I'm posting some pics of buds on my Big Blue Cheese plant. I am 42 days into flower and I have three buds with 1/2 of growth on top of a thick flower. It seems like fast growth to me and it looks like it's growing a bud stalk on top. Normal? Good? Bad?

It's called foxtailing. Not uncommon and for the most part it's not a problem. There are different opinions as to what causes it; personally I think it's caused by high heat.

Thanks. Never read about foxtailing, but I will now. Heat has been in mid 80's at times. May need to also measure distance from HID lights to canapy.

If the buds tight don't worry if it's fluffy and tailin u have heat issues

Thanks. Bud seemed very tight. I'll just watch and see how this ends up. Hopefully more growth

Not sure if thats considered foxtailing or not. It happens on all Green House Trainwreck buds, so I think its more of a genetic thing. Ive had foxtailing buds before and usually the big colas have calyx towers all over them and not just the tops. Either way its new growth and its a good thing.

Look at chur fan leaves bro. See how the edges are curling up like that. IMO they are to hot.

Yeah, took AC out to save power and dealing with higher than usual temps over 10-15 degrees above average. My room is built into a unisulated garage so still warm at 10pm. Temps are falling here so I should be back to high 70's soon.

yeah, it's between 81-86 for four hours during last week and a half. Should take care of itself in a few days and I will be back to high 70's.
