Buds dieing on plant

not sure, but it sounds like what would happen if you had your lights to close to the plants. Just a thought. Good Luck

pis help but lght burning youll know right away and should give u time to correct the problem.
ok they are in there 5th week of flowering, 12-12. i am using a 1000 wat eye hortilux. the temp is 75-80 tops. humitity is at 50 constantly. in am growing in dirt and ph is fine, testing every wattering. im sure its not the lights cooking them. the stem-stalk-branches are just drying out in places that very from 1 inch to 3 inches long. the buds above where this is happening are wilting and eventually drying on the plant..... like water cant get to them.... i hope that helps.

Do you snipp off any of the leaves,like prune it at all???

what kind of plant is it? does it have 1 main cola or several smaller ones with lots of branching?

Was there something wrong with the fan leaves you took off? The fan leaves are the "solar panels" that provide the growing power for the buds.
Think of the fan leaves as a digestive system and the buds as a sexual organ. A sexual organ can not digest. A digestive organ can not reproduce.
People always want to cut off the fan leaves because they percieve them as "blocking" the light from the buds. Those leaves are actually providing food and energy to the buds.
