buds are very leafy

why are my buds so leafy? the other strains i have are doing fine but this himalaya gold is like a ball of leaf with buds inside.
first 2 pics are afghan kush and 3rd pic is the leafy himalya

Strain/pheno.

Haven't grown that out, so I wouldn't know how they grow. How far in are they?

It's just the genetics, damn it is leafy though!

Could be gold (pun intended) hiding under those leaves though...

yea its from ghs. the leaves are slowly yellowing and falling off so hopefully im just left with bud.

genetics/pheno type , If your feeding all of them the same thing and there all getting everything equally, then it can't be anything more.....

thnks smokey. they where under a 400w hps but also threw in 250w mh half way through flower.

well they look good the kush looks ok and i see what u mean about the himilaya but thats just probly how it is couldnt tell u forsure but id changeup your nutes next time try somthin else if your not happy with the results...if there alll in the same reserviour that leaves u no room to play around with the nutes

im currently hand watering the himalaya atm as im runnng weak nutes to my kush
