i have a all female garden and i noticed my jack started having seeds from the bottom up not pollen sacks white seeds within the buds is this from stress? also should i chop it down there is no seeds in the other plants

hey half my purple kush garden has done this too. No pollen sacks at all, if u find out y let me know ill do the same. (from clone with no seeds before)
