I started transplanted a clone a few weeks ago and now it seems that she is already starting to flower. Is this fixable?

if its all ready flowering then you can not go back to vegging

Here is how to fix your problem...

Allow your plant to flower and produce buds...then in about 8 weeks, chop the buds off...dry them, and smoke them
