Budding after 12/12?

Whats up guys, so my little lady is 3 weeks and 2 days old. shes from a swiss cheese seed from nirvana.com.. I'm using 3 Cfl's 60 Watts each and i got a fan too. I put her in 12/12 at the start of the third week (two days ago) and was wondering when she'll start budding? I dont think she's even showing her pistols yet. I do have a FEW fungus gnats but ive been letting the soil dry out pretty good before watering again and theyre going away.. Are the gnats a problem too?

It will flower anywhere from 6 days to 21 days after flipping switch to 12/12...
With that said, like above said /\ not enough lighting...

Putting them into 12/12 this early with that low of light... will yield less than 1/8th...maybe way less...

If its 3 60w actual bulbs then its enough light to finish just one plant with, but I'd probably only expect an oz or two. Keep those cfls as close as you can without touching the plant! Usually for me they've stretched for a week or two while popping out hairs then the buds start forming after that, it takes a month or so of flowering before they actually start looking good, mostly just hairs (pistils) before that
 
ya trap as much light as possible and makesure no light is entering the grow when sleeping ill shutoff lights for 24 or 36 hrs before my first 12-12 to get hormones ramped... like above light light light!! good luck tune

for the fungus gnats, i think you need to put some soap that has been diluted in water and water it to your plant and spray it to your plants for a couple of days.

that's what i have learned from here.
 
Thanks for the responses yall. Yes it is 60 Actual watts. Im gonna try and get 2 more 60 w and go from there.. Appreciate the help!
 
8 23 watters surrounding the plant all around would do much better than 3 x 60 watts...and where did you find 60 watt cfl's? They most often are 65 watts??
