budbox lighting

Hi guys can anybody help me i am about to buy a budbox 1200 x 1200 and everytime i read up with suppliers they all claim a 1000w light can be used but on forums not many people go over a 400w is there a reason for this has anyone used a 1000w as max yield is most important to last me getting feeble deals these days any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys
