Is it okay to cure buds that grew right next to a infected bud(bud rot)(same plant)? Does bud rot grow during curing or only while the plant is growing? Humidity while curing is always kept at 60%-65%.

Sure - the rot can get worse during dry/cure. You've got to take precautions my man.
