Bud rot!!! :(

I have got a 4x3 grow tent with a 400w hps and a fan and an extract fan with filter.
I have got 3 Auto ak47's ready to harvest within 1 week. 3 Auto Lowryder 2's that are about 5 weeks off.
Problem I found bud rot on 2 of the ak47's the other one buds are soo dense the budrot has no where to grow.
Do I harvest the 3 ak47's now and hope the other 3 wont be affected. OR
Harvest the 3 ak47's and scrap the other 3... disinfect tent etc and get new filter for fan and start a new grow with 6 plants in.. :wall:

Or any other ideas much appreciated...

i havent had any rot since i ran the large osc fan 24/7 ,make sure plants are moving from the air flow, no matter what the RH was. Also that rot can easily wreck the tightest buds.

I've never experienced bud rot, but my understanding (from reading alot and other peoples posts) is it begins from the center of the bud & by the time you notice something is amiss the whole bud is junk.

And I run two fans 24/7 to keep everybody swaying.

keep the humidity below 50% and treat them with physan 20. 7.5 ML per gallon every two days.

I noticed bud rot on my biggest main cola. Humidity is ~30-40%. This happened ( i think ) while I was out and the fan leaves covered the bud for too long ( underwater ). Hope I removed all the rotten bud
