So I just got back from a 3 day vacation and upon watering my childrens I noticed 2 small brown spots on my one OG Kush. Immediately I panicked and sliced out a huge area around the spots, excising all the infected tissue (I hope). None of my other girls show any sign of problems and I know it happened on the densest plant in the tent but humidity has just been terrible all summer in my city, so now I need some advice/help.
They only have ~10-14 days left so I'm remiss to chop if its truly unnecessary but I also don't want to chance losing my whole crop. I've never dealt with bud rot before (if this is indeed bud rot but I'm fairly certain it is) so is there a high chance of re-infection as long as I keep my humidity down? Also, any recommendations for cleaning solutions to disinfect the tent before the next cycle? I normally just use a dilute bleach solution, but this being my first rot issue has me worried.
Thanks in advance!
