Some bud porn from my second grow. This first was from a random bag seed I call Lanky Skanky because of the way it shot up so freakin fast. I was worried it was gonna tip over. I don't remember it being that great but the buds look nice. 
. These buds are super dense and I am really looking forward to trying these. Again. Topped it once. Struggled a bit to recover so I didn't try again.
The grow was a bit of a challenge. First grow was auto's and I thought they would be best to learn on. I think that was wrong. They don't live long enough. This grow I FINALLY figured ph out. OMG. super important. Then I am about 3 weeks away from harvest and I get gnats. Cider and dawn got most but ..... well, crap. gnat weed won't kill me will it? I'm ready to exterminate the buggers for good after harvest.
This bud is from a White Indica I got as a freebie. I topped this plant twice and it grew better than any other.
I tried to get a clone but failed miserably. It shows the ph issues more clearly but the crystals make me drool.
. These buds aren't as dense but they are still nice. 
. I also have what is supposed to be a Afghan Kush that I'm not quite sure about. It hardly has any crystals on it. I had topped this plant and it had struggled a bit also so I left it alone. Early in the flowering phase when the plant was about 14" tall I accidently broke one of the branches at the split. I tried to graft it but it died. The remaining branch barely missed a step so...?
. I had read these were very hardy but they handled the ph issues the worst.
I have a 400 watt oool tube and these plants actually vegged mostly under HPS since they grew side by side with my auto's 18/6. I have a 400 CFM filter for air movement and the plants grow in 5 gal buckets (overkill?) with a soil mix in. I used miracle grow tomato food for veg and bloom booster for flowering. I also added H2O2 since like most new growers I know I have a tendancy to over water. I also was concerned about the amount of ph adjustments i needed to make to get it back to 6.8 range. geez. I wish i'd paid more attention to ph up front.. growin weed is like playin golf. just when you think you've got it you're in the ruff again.
