Never thought of that, eating the bud in caps means you are getting chlorophyll too. Hmmmm, I'll eat these 4 remaining ones over the next week and not order anymore. I had 1 last night and it barely registered, had to go to the oil 3 hours later. Got the goodness of cannabis nutrients in the cap though.

sure they do...and they are good to take for people who are not ill.
If you are ill...a concentrate is always preferred for a stronger medicinal effect.
