How small can the bucket be for these type of set ups? I have one gallon and would like to use them for some clones but I want to flower them in the one gallon bucket? Will this work out since you do not have to veg for long? I think 3-4 days after the clone roots? I feel that a one gallon bucket will be big enough but would like opinions from some of you experts? Also if i veg for longer does that increase yeild? Will i still get close to oz. from one clone 3-4 days veg?:joint:

I though this web site was for knowlege? Maybe i just askd the wrong way not sure? Can someone please help out I'm trying to save room. I have a 400w hps and three plants, and would like to know if i can use a one gallon for the flower cycle of a clone with 3-4 days veg? I'm growing them in the bubble buckets or the bubbleponics with the air stone. the clones are in 4inch rockwool cubes. Please need some advice kinda quick

Not exactly sure of the question....But....

If you're doing dwc and using buckets....I'd suggest 5gal buckets. The roots will grow and need room. 1 gal bucket would be a pain in the ass.

If the plants aren't much over 4 inches then it would be safe to use 1 gallon buckets, the root mass for that small of a plant won't be enough to fill it. Guess it depends on the plants genetics and the size of the clones. Give it a try, if the roots get balled up, then transplant them to larger buckets.
