I wanted to show you guys how I make bubble. I do it basically the same way as everyone else with a few small modifications that I feel make it some of the best I have tasted.

Here are some of the key things I feel I do a bit different.
1. I only use fresh, wet, frozen sugar leaf. I use only plant matter that is encrusted in resin we toss all fan leaves etc. For best results include as much fluff(Encrusted lower popcorn buds) in with the trim.
2. I use a slotted spoon and hand stir for a maximum of 15 minutes. 8-10 minute batches are even better and higher quality.
3. Make sure to use bagged ice thats broken into smaller pieces or flakes this will break off more heads.
4. Make smaller batches over larger ones. I prefer the 1 gallon bubble bags as I can place the ice water and weed mix in the refrigerator to pre chill. The colder the better.

Once the mix has been stirred I allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes. This allows the trichomes heads to settle to the bottom.

Removing the first bag separates the weed from the heads.

On the second run I use the 120 Ui screen. This removes plant matter but surprisingly with wet product used even the 120 is gooey and great smoke just have green flakes in it.

Now we move to the 73 Ui screen which according to the strain will be the largest amount and some of the best you will capture.

Once the bags are drained I fold into a ½ so a V is formed in the silk net. This traps all the heads in a small enough corner to scrape out with a spoon and place on the silk pressing cloth that comes with bubble bags

I also run the 25 Ui bags to capture any smaller heads or in some cases of strains having very small resins like ETF and some sativa hybrids you actually catch a good bit here.

I press as much water out as possible with paper towels smashing the pressing screen.

I place the pressing screen in the freezer this allows you to flake off the chips of bubble and I then place on wax paper to dry over night. The next day or in some cases two you can roll it into a small turd as you see here. After another day I now prefer to crumble this as it allows all moisture to dry out and makes full melt bubble.

If its ok with you guys Im going to smoke bowls and kinda skip around here abit. I wanted to show off the finished shots first and back track. After making the bubble each strain requires a different drying period before you can handle it. This bubble was made yesterday and I can pick it up and shape it but if I hold it to long it will start getting soft and stick to you hands. My camera is covered in hash after this shoot.

I can't make this with a machine!!!

My partner in Canada however has way to much trim to use a speeon by hand and using the Bubblenow which is no more than a RV washing machine and should cost like 40$ at any RV site. I am not impressed that two companies slapped a sticker on some Chinese mini RV washer and there selling it as a hash device but it seems to work very well when run for 3-7 minutes.

Once your doing large amounts I 100% agree you have to incorporate some machines

My buddy Badboy washed hundreds of pounds of trim he cant hand stir.

i found the triangle bags that hold 1000 grams. i'm looking at a full sized washing machine. i have about 10 lbs of bud and bud clippings to run. :blsmoke:

but.......after seeing yours and remembering how good it can be, i may just do a few 1 gallon batches.

this was amazing...great photos subcool and some beautiful bubble...i'm smoking some full melter right now from some grape ape, but I think I'm going to try making some more tonight using your method...your bubble looks awesome..........

hey subcool man im hoping u can help me i have a couple of questions about making bubble hash. i have done water extractions many times but it never looks like the finished products i see everywhere else just chunky kif what am i missing. also u use a slotted spoon and not a mixer, y? it seems like u would get much less, but i suppose it is just much more pure? do u have an approx. yield per Oz.? do u think the gland heads would be larger being that it is fresh material? are those the 3 sizes of screen u have found works best in this method or is that just what u have found works for that strain?
these r just a few Q's i have. i will have an opportunity coming up and i would like to do somthin nice with it. any help or anwsers u can give me would be awsome. hey didnt i just see that photo in skunk as a centerfold titled HYPER BUBBLE.

If you follow the directions you will get the same results
We use a spoon to get the ultimate quaility quantity is not a concern. 2 ounces of fresh frozen sugar trim yields about 1-1.5 Grams

All your other questions are answered i the tutorial.

alright well thnx sub man i def going to be using this method next time. i think this method will be making alot of us happy. it is very hard for us to find good gear out here in the mid-west. there are a number of us who would be med patients if not for our unfortunate locations. we often talk about moving on to greener pastures like cali but ultimatly it just isnt feasable for us. so we have to make do with wut we can attain ourselves and i think this method will make some excellent medicine. thnx again man.
