bubble leafs?

I'm not sure how to e lien describe this but she's growing pretty good recently but I noticed on the first leafs there looking like they have bubbled up or something should I worry about it?

Alright cuz I just looked at my smaller one and it's doing it a little to but it also has clear spots which can't be good what would cause that?
