Bubble Hash Water=Cannabutter?

Hey guys, so my buddy and I just got some bags and made a couple batches of hash.
We used some trim that was dried/froze. However, my main question is about the left over water.
We have a vase full of water that we used, but still has a ton of trichomes in it.
Definitely more than we were able to collect off the bags.
It's been sitting for a few days now in my buddies room that stays average temp. (we live in oregon, no heater/ac in the room)

Here's a picture of the water

Basically, what is in the water..and is it still, "safe," to cook into butter/food?

I would say go for it, but don't expect a very good buzz. They may be small trichomes, too small to be caught by the bags. they could be half trichomes, broken trichomes, and immature trichomes. Try it... but evaporate the water out and do a 3-1 or 4-1 butter over water ratio... at least, that is what I would do.

Just pour that water into a big sauce pan, like something you would boil a lot of spaghetti in. Add in a stick of clarified melted butter to that and you might get some butter that'll help you sleep a little better at night.

Trichomes don't float, they sink. If it's been through the bubble bags I say get rid of it. There are probably still trichomes in the trim you used though. I always reprocess my trim through my bags several times and get more hash each time.
