Browning Seedlings 11 days old

They are about 11 days old and they really havn't done much growing in the past 5 days as expected. It seems that some of the leaves are turning a little brownish? They have been replanted 2 days ago in bigger pots!

Looks as if the soil is too dry... Also, you may wanna give them just a pinch of veg nutes, or better soil? I said a "pinch" nothing more. Good luck :)

The soil is def. not too dry. It's just the top layer that looks a little bit dry. If anything i'm thinking it could be overwatered? The soil is Organicare. Think some nutes would do the trick?
 
i usually start feeding at around day 11 for seedlings. i'm not familiar with organicare, but i'd wager there are some nutes in the medium already. if that's the case, i guess you may want to x-plant again to some plain soil. those look to be only a few days old, even though they're not. hold off on the nutes for now. r u ph'ing?

Would it help if they were transplanted in happyfrog?
