Brown tips

Can someone please help me diagnose a problem with this plant? the tips are brown and crunchy . I have good soil. a good watering scedule . and I am using leds. thanks.

Hard to be sure but that density of growth also suggests over-feeding.

The crunchy ends are burnt tips and typically a sign of too much N (food)

I would run a few gallons of plain water through it and then let it dry out
to see how it responds. Then I'd begin to feed it lightly.
