Brown tips advice

Some of my plants are starting to die on the tips what should i do plus some are getting brown help plz

your lights are no where near sufficient to make it even worth growing those...also never plant more than one plant in the same dirt..... but dont fret just get a better light and repot those suckers in separte pots..... also I hope you know not to use ferts when ur plants are that small....... NEED MORE DETAILS like lighting etc... to give better advice.. is that an areo or dwc or ebb/flow or what?????????????????//

the first two are in an aero garden with its stock lights the second two pis are an earth box with a 250 watt hq over it no nutes in the soil at all
