Brown spots

Hi was wondering if any of the experts here have an idea what is going on with this plant? I am away at work and my wife is taking care of it and sent me the pictures. Strain is hash plant growing in coco. Feeding it general hydroponics flora series. Around 650ppm I will say she may have not watered it for 5 days or so

600w LED and they are about 16 to 18” away from the plant

Yes just at the tops from what she is telling me.

Guessing light damage. Get the light to about 24".

If you let coco dry out you get burned; literally. Most likely that's your issue, especially if the plant was good before you left for work. I'd stay your general course and be a good husband; politely remind your wife that your plants need to be watered and when.
