Brown spots on the leaves

This plant is a White Rhino which was started from seed 11 days ago.
It's been showing these brown spots for 2-3 days now but the new leaves look fine and so do the other plants.

Any ideas of what might be the cause of this?

Thanks

I measured the water pH about a week ago and it was 6.8, I've been using tap water that sat in an open container for at least 48h.
I'm using regular potting soil with perlite and obviously haven't fed the plants yet.
I've got the plants under a 600W HPS and I have a fan blowing air between the plants and the light.

Let me know if you need any other details.

it could be the PH of the medium itself. or the fact the the nute that are already in your soil are burning the young plant. measure the run off ph, to get the ph of the medium.
also try to flush it, with 3 time the volume of water then soil. In the future, i would suggest picking up a good soil less medium. like sunshin mix or premiere pro mix.
they are super easy to use, far easier then soil.

I thought that could be the cause too but the rest of the plants look fine, actually these 2 bigger plants were started from bagseeds 6 days ago, the other plants are White Rhinos with the one that is ill on the upper left.
