Brown specs on fan leaves?

Hey everyone. I'm having a little problem with a few of my fan leaves. Theyre a nice green but theyre having a bunch of brown (like dried dead leaf) spots and yellow dots on them. Anyone know why? I don't think its a nute problem seeing as I'm pretty much not giving them any nutes.

Sounds like your plant is either starving for nutrients or is suffering from ph lockout.

Yellow dots sound like bugs though, two different problems.
