Broken/Bent stems on sprouts?

Ok I have a question. About 2 or so of my sprouts have semi-strong stems, however, theres like a ...bend...or SOMETHING right where its supposed to hold the 4 little leaves up. It looks almost as if someone PINCHED, or if it had a thin string around it tightly. But I never did anything to it, it seemed to just be like this on its own. The leaves look ever so slightly green, kinda brown, drooped like crazy and shrivled...its looks like its "head"(the 4 leaves) is hanging down like it has a broken "neck". has anyone ever had this happen? and ....what did you do about it? Is it possible to clip the 4 leaves off from the healthy stem and have the leaves grow back again(I honestly dont know about this, seems like it wouldnt work) But yeah....I would post pics but at the moment Im completely exhausted and the plants are downstairs :confused:

is it possible that they're just going towards the light?? Because if i remember correct, you have them by your window.

Well, they were doing that....but this is like...all 4 leaves are completely hanging down, fell over... like...looks like someone hanging their head down(and the leaves are still in bad condition) and where its bent at its really thin and weak...I'll prob post some pics once I get finished eating.
