Broke roots during transplant.

I have 4 northern lights seedlings i transplanted yesterday. One of the has grown funky since day one trying to only grow out one side. When i transplanted her i discovered the hard way it was a bad root system. There was a ball at the top by the plant then a single stringy root and a even smaller ball at the bottom witch broke off about 2/3 of the way down the cup when i transplanted her. I took what was left and put rooting hormone all over the roots and soil before i put her in her new home then i gave her a light feeding at 1/8 the recommended seedling dose to try to spur her a little. My question is did i do the right thing, obviously i didn't have time to get on the forums to ask and what do you think her chances are? The before and after pics below are 16 hours apart, might be too early to tell anything. it's been almost 24 hours now and still no change. The other three had well developed healthy looking roots wrapping around the bottom of the cups and transplanted with no issues. Thanks all.

She still looks good but she hasn't grown in the last 24 hours, thinking she's got some shock from the roots breaking but also thinking she's gonna make it. that's a day and a half after the roots got messed up. i see very little yellowing, no additional drooping yet but no new growth.

was already thinking about doing that on the next feeding, wasn't sure when to start the cal-mag. For some reason i was thinking they needed to be in veg before i gave them any.

Here's the one that grew funky day 55, about two weeks into flower. I think it was just a genetic problem. Somethings telling me she's going to make it.
