Can I Clone The Smaller,lower Shoot,bout Halfninch,or Is It To Small? Dopped Broom,what A D...!AND WILL IT SLOW DOWN PLANTS GROWTH,SHE IS ALREADY STARTED FLOWERING(1AND A HALF WEEKS)
 
you can take it for a clone, or you can tape it back if it's not completely severed. most of the time the branch will continue to flower and mature with no problems.

Thanks, I Took It For A Clone,was Ripped Pretty Bad,but Will The Plant Slow Down Its Growth?,fromthecut.
