Bring Edward Snowden Home

So I have never read the Patriot Act, but it might violate the 3rd Section of Article 3 of the Constitution, and may therefor be an Unconstitutional Law/Act.

Section 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

And the people that are in Guantanamo bay, or that get arrested for joining ISIS, do they all have 2 Witnesses against them, or do they all confess in open court?
Last, does Edward Snowden have 2 Witnesses against him?

It's like Text messages, they are basically hearsay, you can't walk in a court room and say so-n-so said this, or that, they have to say, yeah that's my number, or something to that effect, at least, if not say those are their texts.

Did anyone even see him do it that could walk in a court room and say he was the one that gave the enemy secrets?

I found a Wiki page, but it doesn't say where the Patriot Act actually is, it seems to be in Title 18, but then is made up of a bunch of different sections. But I don't see a Chapter.

The Patriot Act is just there to get around the Constitution. I knew the NSA was watching every single thing we do electronically just from reading about it. Snowdon didn't tell me shit I didn't know.

Even the small print on credit cards mentions the Patriot Act and spying. Why do you think I send cash overseas for seeds? :)

I know it gives them the power to get warrants way easier, but it still doesn't allow for Overbroad, Invalid or Malicious warrants, that is why there is the Controversial Uses of the Patriot Act, and the FBI Audit, etc in the Hillary Clinton section. I have heard of courts overturning cases because the FBI or some other agency overused cellphone warrants, and I have heard of the US having to apologize to the Cell phone companies because the FBI would subpoena cell phone records with no warrant, but say that they had or were getting a warrant.

So I know it's not unlimited, and it may be completely unConstitutional, someone just has to challenge the Patriot Act with Rule 5.1 on the grounds of Amendment 4, or Article 3, or something.

For example,
United States V Alverez,
There was a guy with the last name Alverez, going around pretending he had a Purple heart, but not to get free drinks or anything, just showing people a fake purple heart and saying he had earned it. He was arrested and tried under what is called the Stolen Valor Act, but when it went to the Supreme Court, this scenario was brought up:
[Paraphrased] "Say it is the Vietnam Era, and a man is holding a sign in protest of the Vietnam war which says 'I got a Purple Heart for killing babies', now, we can not tell if he does or does not have a Purple Heart, but that is not the point. He has a right to Free Speech."
And the entire Stolen Valor Act was overturned (was no longer law) and Congress had to write a new version that allowed for Free Speech.

Have you seen Citizen Four? It was awesome, in it he admits everything. It won an academy award for best doc. It was so tense and suspenseful that I forgot it was a documentary! I love the man...

That's still not a confession in open court, that's evidence.

I think all the people that became Republican when Edward Snowden exposed the NSA are who confused the Republican party, and made it where the Establishment has no idea what Republicans want.

Like all the people who became Republicans when they saw the Constitution behind him at SxSW, talking about 4th Amendment rights and Privacy.
