Breeding with pollen??

Ok, guys I have a question. If I take a pollen sack and squish it in a baggy and then paint the pollen directly on just the bottom parts of an autoflowering bud do you think it will pollenate the rest of the plant too??

She's about two weeks into flowering and I want to get seeds just from, like two or three bud zones.
