branches dying, dont you do it. BUBBAKUSH

I have a bubba kush plant that's very short and bushy, thick strong stems and big rock hard colas. looks very healthy until today. I have been force flowering them as I know it will eventually be too cold here in boston. this one particular branch is showing signs of extreme dehydration. stems are still rock hard and erect, hwever the water leaves all in and around the bud are wilted, badly. I stripped this branch inparticular to focus on mainly big colas. BUT, the branches around this particular branch have more growth/buds all the way down to the main stem. Is it possible the other dominant branches are hoarding fluids? Or do I have a budworm jammed up in the stem that I cant see. its a pretty main bud as its h igh up on the plant. Info: growing in 5 gal buckets. FFOF, HG flora series along with liquid koolbloom as directed. growing outside but forced inside shed at night. any takers?? I might just hafta whack it down (the branch) Ill get a pic up if I can figure out how to do this as I am new to RIU

Yeah, will definitely take pictures to give a meaningful response. We also need to know how far along this plant is in the 12/12.

Nothing apparently wrong just looking at the pic(s). Will need clear pictures of the problem areas only. Close up of buds won't be all that necessary unless its the buds in question.

sick 001.jpgView attachment 2808082View attachment 2808081day 37 of flower, im thinking where it was skinned at the stem may have been a passage for its fluids... a day ago I thought I saw mold growing so I scraped it off. not deep at all just barely the outside skin of the stem. I should have posted a pic of that too, and I will soon. as for now, this is what im dealing with. the other branches that seem to be thinking about following this ones lead are branching off the stem in the same general area as the really bad one

I don't see anything strikingly amiss here. I don't see, 'branches dying'. Not saying it's not happening, just pointing out that the pictures on here don't really fit that description.

Don't scrape any mold. All you do is spread spores around the plant. Mold should stay as undisturbed as possible, and can be treated in a number of ways (different subject). Going by pictures alone I'm not alarmed, although they do need water and are you feeding them?

You mention, 'thinking about flowering'. The entire plant should be well into flowering. IF you have a situation where part of the plant is flowering but others are in veg then you have light/genetic/environmental problems.

sick stem 1 002.jpgugh, what did I do to this poor baby. it looks pretty foregone, I used H202 to clean that area the other day and it dried it out but whos got a diagnosis. CUT or not

hey sorry, no the whole plant is banging. no flowering problems, def shouldn't have scraped the mold... newb. but that's the thing, I watered last night. the whole plant looks great except this one bud site. it has plenty of water and food. im feeding GH flora series GRO 2.5ml/gal Micro 5ml gal bloom 7.5 ml gal and liguid koolbloom about 3.75 ml gal

Its a weird plant. 5gal bucket and prob30 inches tall. Its super strong tho, the branches are like wood. BUT, today i tried to clip the branch and tried to remove infected area. Upon slicing her up, i noticed the otherside of the wound (inside) was all black mush :(. So i clipped the plant 2 inches below the initial wound and got rid of the rotton center. It sucked but i got quite a bit off it for possibly 3 weeks early. Its a sad sight now, but it had to b done. Ill post pic tmoro. Thanks for the advice, ha i not removed the infected area i would never have seen that on the inside. So, i think it was almost a win, yet wicked fail. Ill never be so agressive supercropping in veg again, as that is how that spot came ti be in the forst place.
