Box Elder in the Veg Room

:mrgreen:My son and I saw a box elder in the 24-hour closet which has 27 stage-II plants. They are just past being clones, and have not yet been sprayed with neem oil. The elder was just sitting under on a leaf. Not eating the leaf. We googled "box elder" and found that they are predatory. My son picked him up, but then soon dropped him on the floor. This morning the elder is moving around all over the plants. Is this critter eating parasites? If so can this be used as an organic pest control?
