My state signed a bill in december for a ban.Im guessing ill be alright,but idk relly.I ordered from wtfherbals.
Will I be ok?

if may be a new blend, they banned it here in cali as well but, right after the ban there was a new tupe. The spice that is available here is

GDS or GrandaddySpice but this one was called GranddaddySpice II.

They ordered a ban... they didn't make it illegal. You answered your own paranoid question.

Unless you're a distributor still selling a banned substance... you're not breaking the law.
