Bottoms leaves yellowing

Strain is northern lights x big bud by world of seeds. The very first set of leaves just above the cotyledon set are yellowing and turning brown on the edges. All the other leaves are fine. I dont know what this is maybe they are to close to the soil? I dont use any liquid nutes I mix all the nutes in about a month before I plant the seed.

Perfectly normal. The plant is done with those seedling leaves and doesn't need them anymore. The next set up with three points will get spent too in a little time.

I have never herd that its is normal or seedlings to turn yellow like that lol seriously few things that cause yellowing ,,over watering , not enough N, root bound , insects . PH issues
When looking at any plant if you notice a def starting at bottom of plant?? its usually macro issue if it starts at top of plant its Micro issue now with that said from looking at your plants there hungry

Hey Darth, you get that from a book? I never hear anyone talk about how to figure out def and problems from the mobile top/bottom etc.

Think about it ??? no just from years of growing lets look at first pic N def starts from bottom works it way up

second pic zinc Micro issue starts at the top next pic boron starts from the top see micro issues will start at top of plants macro usually starts from bottom or older growth which is bottom / middle of the plant works its way up Micro is opposite usally starts from top works its way down

Mobile nutrients move to new growth so deficiencies appear on older vegetation. Non-mobile nutrients stay put so that deficiencies appear on new growth. Unless the damage is slight, individual leaves do not recover from nutrient deficiencies. With non-mobile nutes., look at new growth to determine whether the deficiency has been solved. With mobile nutrients, esp nitrogen, the damage will be seen first in the older leaves and not in new growth.

What's happening to this its 2 weeks old it's happened to 3 out of 4 seedlings

ph issues or soil to wet you got ph tester ??? take some soil and test it 2 week old seedling should have enough to sustain it self with its cotyledons

Ph is 7.4 and it never gets too wet or too dry. Looks like the second leaves are starting to turn yellow to . Magnesium deficiency?
