Need to see if you can point me in the right direction.
Not sure if the mesh sizes are suited for sifting trichs.
If so any tips on how to use it?
It is a soil sifter.
the top work mesh is huge then

it was given to a buddy.
I see on ebay you can buy different size microns.

Each section looks to be about $10-30 ea.

Thinking of using something to vibrate it with unless it would be better to do it my hand somehow
 
You will need a 190 and a 45 microns, forget about anything bigger than 250 worthless for sieving resin heads. A 160 would be a very good move as well.
Put your screen over a metal bowl, stretch a piece of heavy duty plastic over it and using a soft plastic tube beat the top and side of the sieve to vibrate everything inside.
Check up the Hunters of the Dank where we show a Moroccan technique, not sure of episode.

Awesome... But you don't seem impressed. Those are the coolest dry sift screens ive ever seen- but what? Why you no likey?

No I agree they are awesome.
Really easy to use.
I rubbed on the top then only tapped the other screens and rapidly ended up with different grades.

Truth is im gonna make shatter and just feel the butane is more thorough.


I do love the straight up pressed hash I made from that sifter.
I was pretty surprised.

My hope was to sift it all then just blast straight kief to save butane cost.
But sifting was leaving so much behind I would still have to blast
so I ditched the extra step.
At least thats how I feel it was going

this is probably blasphemy to someone like frenchy, but have you ever thought of blasting that pile you have there char to clean it up?
 
if I remember correctly
it was something like 2.5 g for an eighth?
This is cleaner than I have done that way.
The shit I used came from an extended tumble.

Those screens are as tight as a drum head.
Makes bouncing the trich heads down easy
 
oh, oops, i had missed that you had said you had a 70 ug screen, for some reason i was thinking the 250 was the smalled ug size you had there, hence my cleaning it up comment, my bad..

what ug screen did the pile come from char?? those sifters are super sweet though.. :D
 
I think that pile was from 250
but only tapped it lightly a few times.
under the scope you can see the green. Not horrible for greenhorn
