Boincare 60. Site cloner

I'm looking for something I can place cuttings in and keep them there for like 30 days under 1 600 watt light then move to my flower room I looking at the boincare 60 site but worried the roots of each plant will bind to each other and make it impossible to move them. So I was thinking of building one out of a 50 gal. Tote and which will house 56 2" net pots on the lid. And in the tote under the 2" net pots each site will be divided so each plant has it's own 3" square area 13" deep. Do think the bonicare 60 site will work or should I build my own thanks
