BMO nutrient use questions

Hey all,

A 4 week old plant has just been planted to its final pot. The new pot is filled with FoxFarm Ocean Forest. Could I use BMO nutrients for the first time next time I water, or should I wait since I just transplants into new soil that has nitrogen?

BMO nutrients? As in the home made crap sold on Ebay?

I have no experience with them, but I wouldn't touch them.

I wouldn't bother using nutes for awhile since you just transplanted into fresh soil. Just give your plant water for the first week or two and start giving nutes if your plant appears to need some.

dont use the food yet just use their what is it called the microbe shit for roots

have used BMO as a supplment for 2 grows now. Super plant tonic works wonders and is a good alternative to turantuala or some of the other more expensive root tonics. Since you just transplanted you dont to fertilize, but if you wanted to get the plant used to the fert you could always water at 1/4 strength to get the plant acclimated. BMO's products are all pretty mild and it is hard to burn the plants if you stay at or under the reccomended dose.

Thanks for that. I use BMO and grow better buds than you could probably imagine. So please stop telling other people bad information.

To the OP, whenever you up-pot into fresh soil, you have to account for the nutrients already present. I would give a diluted nutrient feeding in the first few waterings, then step it back up to near where you started.

Pretty good post. I use the flower power and the grow it green as my primary nutrients and they're great.
