Honestly I don't. the smoke just tastes to nasty sometimes lol. it depends on the wrap some wraps are not as harsh as others when smoked inside of another wrap.

I only put roaches in my joints if they're a little flimsy. And even then it's rare. Blunts I usually never do, I just roll the mouthpiece into a tighter cone.

The roaches they're talking about in here are rolled up pieces of cardboard that you put at the end of a blunt in the mouthpiece.

to clear it up for others a ROACH is the end of your blunt that is too small to smoke without burning your lips. it still has weed in it, but you keep it for later.
a mouth piece or filter is NOT a roach! and hopefully you aren't smoking it! lol.

besides... who uses a mouth piece. Practice rolling better and youll never need that shit.
I use Swisher Sweets for m blunts. Slice em down then i peel away about 1/8th an inch of paper because its actually too much paper for a personal blunt and it saves you from using 2x as much weed in 1 blunt.

seems like the confusion is on your end miss. You can call a filter (a rolled up piece of cardboard) a roach, or a crutch. depends on where your from. I find the best filters come off a butt pack, under the top of them there is a folded piece of paper that is perfect for a filter.
A roach is also the end of a blunt.
And sorry to be on your case, but apparently you DON"T use a mouth piece, and maybe you sould give it a try, some would argue that it is an advanced method of rolling.
personally i use white owls, split them, gut them, fill them, twist, and smoke in like 2 mins... it comes out looking better than when i buy them.. but shit that dose not make you cool, just shows ive been smoking since i was 12
in my opinion filters are better than a non-filtered blunt... it helps to keep the resin off your lips, and on the paper.. as well as keep scooby snacks from shooting in your mouth. Also you can make the end of the blunt a good 1/2 " which only leads to HUGE hits

Most people from the states think they know what they're talkin about. Every other country I've been to uses roaches. Everyone. I myself didn't use them till I spent a week in germany. A roach not what is left. There shouldn't BE anything left. You'd know that if you used a roach.

here we can agree. no burnt fingers, less waste when you throw it, no shit on your lips....wheres to lose. plus i love handing them to moochers and not telling them its filtered....smoke up vulture!
